Absolutely. Many of our members start with little or no gym experience. Our coaches will help you learn proper form, adjust movements to your level, and build confidence from day one. You’ll never feel lost or out of place.

Yes! We offer a free trial class so you can experience our workouts, meet the team, and see if it’s the right fit. It’s the best way to get started. You can book your free class with IronCore Fitness.

What’s included in my membership?
All memberships include access to our group strength classes, open gym hours, and member perks like fitness assessments and progress tracking. Some plans also include guest passes, nutrition support, or discounted personal training. We’ll help you choose what works best for your goals.

We offer early morning, midday, and evening classes throughout the week, plus weekend options. Open gym hours are available during non-class times. You can view our full class schedule and hours of operation online.

We’re located in the heart of Los Angeles, near Echo Park and Downtown. There’s free street parking and a nearby garage for added convenience. We’re easy to reach whether you’re walking, driving, or biking in.

Yes! We have certified personal trainers and nutrition coaches on staff who offer one-on-one sessions, custom plans, and accountability check-ins. These services can be added to your membership or purchased separately depending on your needs.
